245 words · third personMichael Crafton is an entrepreneur, advisor, and guide. In 2005 he founded 360 Services with $800 and a pickup truck, no investors, and no connections. He chose grease cleaning, a corner of the industry nobody wanted to master, because it was hard. That company became Nelbud Services Group, acquired by Halton Group in 2021. When competitors cut costs in the 2008 downturn, Michael invested in automation and technology. His belief has always been simple: employees first, customers second. That belief earned a seven-time Distinguished Top Workplace award. Across his career he has led 11 acquisitions and 5 exits, on both sides of the table, and 31 advisory projects. Today he is the founder and CEO of 323 Ocean, a strategic advisory firm, and the founder of Flex Alpha, a strategic investment firm. As CEO of a healthcare revenue cycle company, he is transforming its work through AI and automation, and the company was named a Best Places To Work in 2025 and 2026. Michael created 4CAP, a framework built on four dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. He has completed SEALFIT KOKORO and run with the bulls in Pamplona. A past Chapter Chair of YPO Indiana, he now serves as an Area Officer on the YPO Mid-American Region Board and is Champion of the YPO MAUS Colombia 2028 regional conference. His message is the same on every stage: do hard things, stay present, and keep moving forward.

Our next speaker started a company in 2005 with $800 and a pickup truck. He picked the corner of his industry that nobody wanted, the hard, unglamorous work, and built it into a national company that a global manufacturer acquired. Along the way he has led 11 acquisitions and 5 exits, sitting on both sides of the table, and 31 advisory projects. Today he leads 323 Ocean, a strategic advisory firm. He has completed SEALFIT KOKORO, run with the bulls in Pamplona, and created 4CAP, a framework for leaders who want to be capable, able, and prepared, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. He believes employees come first, and that true wealth is measured in presence. Today he will show us why the leader is the business, and how to grow both. Please welcome Michael Crafton.
