We transitioned our call center phone system, ERP, and CRM platforms, integrating automation and AI to streamline operations and boost efficiency. Rebranding was essential, so we moved our corporate headquarters and launched a new website, revitalizing our market presence. Expanding service lines and developing a robust go-to-market strategy enhanced our offerings and competitiveness. Upgrading IT infrastructure and improving data management ensured we were operating at peak efficiency—proving that chaos is not random.
